Beautification

Create a massive cleanup effort the Ist year in office. Unclogging ditches and drainages, cutting our grass, power wash our viaducts, stripe our streets, manicure our landscapes and getting rid of the infestation of pot holes.

Create a maintenance program so the maintaining of our roads, grass, ditches, lighting and vegetation can be managed on a routine basis.

Illuminate the city by lighting up our skyline and bridges

Trim our overgrown vegetation to help reduce the city's power outages
Infrastructure

Create a highly experienced Public Works Department to properly manage the city's infrastructure

Eliminate overgrown ditches, drainages and creek channels because it causes flooding and water settling which then causes potholes and deteriorating streets

Continue fixing our water to prevent losing millions of gallons of water daily and or sewer from the high percentage of sewer discharges throughout the city
Business Development

In a city that's 80% African American, increase the percentage of local minority participation from 5% to at least 30% and the local participation from 20% to at least 50%

Reduce crime, enhance our school district and continue fixing our infrastructure to increase property values to encourage people to move back into the city
Revitalization

Offer incentives to developers and real estate investors to help rehab existing structures and build new structures in an attempt to revitalize neighborhoods in parts of the city where needed

Identify massive developments in those areas to restore property values back in those areas
Leisure & Entertainment

Create a new wave of leisure & entertainment that will allow children to be children, that will encourage our young people to reside in the capital city after college and allow adults to have adult outings their age.
